Shipping & returns

Shipping:

Steco Steigers normally ships ordered items within 1 to 3 business days after receipt of payment.
All articles are shipped within Belgium and the Netherlands (with the exception of the Wadden Islands).

For all other countries please contact our customer service for possible shipping costs.

If the delivery time of the chosen item takes longer you will be contacted about this.

Pick up:

You can also pick up your order yourself at our warehouse in Maaseik or Genk (BE). Contact our customer service for pickup.

Returns:

You have the right to return ordered items to us within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons. You must notify us in writing.
Upon receipt of the returned items, we will credit you the purchase price excluding transaction and shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns later than 14 days after receipt of your order are only possible if the item has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period. After reviewing the returned item, we will credit the purchase price (excluding return shipping costs) to you or provide a replacement item.

Right of Revocation:

You have the right to cancel the contract within a period of 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took physical possession of the product.

1. For sales contracts, "on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you" take physical possession of the item.
2. For sales contracts where the consumer has ordered multiple items in the same order that are delivered separately, "on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier," takes physical possession of the last item.
3. For sales contracts concerning the delivery of an item consisting of multiple shipments or parts: "on which you or a third party indicated by you, who is not the carrier," takes physical possession of the last shipment or part.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify our customer service department. This can be done in writing, by mail or using our withdrawal form.

You must return the products to us no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form.

Refund:

1. If you revoke the contract, you will receive a refund of all payments made up to that point, excluding transaction and shipping costs. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original payment, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
2. You must return or hand over the goods, no longer than 14 days after the day on which you have provided us with the withdrawal form. We request that you return the product, as far as possible, in its original packaging.
3. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
